By confirming a reservation at our property, guests agree to the following terms:
1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: From 3:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request and are subject to availability.
2. Guest Policy
- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room.
- Extra beds are not available.
- Government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
3. House Rules
- No smoking indoors
- No pets allowed
- No loud music or parties
- Guests are requested to maintain decorum and respect the peaceful environment.
4. Damages & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or contents during their stay.
- The management is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards.
